well I am back in leeds... thanks for your patience Lucia you where so good with us and all those emails you responded with such cordiality and honesty my husband and myself and the rest of the family send you and Giovanni and Mario a big hug and I sent a message on cruise critic only yesterday, I hope it went through I am not an expert on these review sites... it only seems like yesterday we where so lucky to have great weather for the 30th of march on costa cruise, the half day that we where there your drivers really made it possible for us to see as much as we could in the 6 hours thanks again from Leeds England Sharon & family

Josephine, I just wanted to let you know how pleased we were with your service. We had two incredible excursions with your company. Our first to Pompeii, Sorento and the Amalfi coast and the other to Rome. Nello was our driver for the first excursion and he was absolutely terrific. He was very knowledgeable with our destinations, he explained things well, and was an excellent driver. I was worried that some of my family might get motion sickness on the Amalfi coast portion of the trip but, Nello was very conscientious about that and we had no problems. The six in our group were all comfortable in the Mercedes Van and we have some tall people in our group too. I am sorry that I cannot remember the name of our driver in Rome, I want to say Andicello, but, I don't think that is correct. He was extremely familiar with all of the Rome sights and gave us a lot of insights. We saw everything and more in the time that we had and he was incredible. It was great to be dropped off so close to the sights and just meet up with him when we were done. We didn't feel like herded cattle like some of the bus tours that I heard about on our cruise. We did a couple of excursions with our Cruise ship. While we enjoyed them, however, we would have much preferred going with you. There was really no comparison. If there is a website where you would like me to post my comments, I would be glad to do so. Please use this email for any positive use that you want. I will definitely recommend your company to anyone I come in contact with. Be sure to thank our drivers. This trip was to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Dear Josephine and Rino, Thanks so much for a wonderful experience with your driver and guide Gianluca. Our party of five was comfortable in the van for the journey to San Rufo from the port of Naples. With Gianluca's help we found the small village where my great-grandmother came from in 1895. He translated for us with the locals who shared our relatives surname and asked the local priest to try and look up some birth records after visiting the church. We found a great agriturismo restaurant called Erbanito nearby for an authentic local Sunday afternoon meal which was fantastic! Dear Josephine, I want to take a moment to thank you for all your help with our transportation needs over the last two weeks in Italy. Your drivers were very professional, courteous, well groomed, and most importantly punctual. From the bus driver who met us in the Naples train station, to Rino and Giovanni in Positano, and finally Leonardo in Florence, I can’t say enough good things about each of them. We had a fantastic tour of Tuscany and Chianti with Leonardo. Not only is he a great driver, but an excellent tour guide, and very pleasant person too. I also appreciated your call when we got to Positano. Hi Josephine, We couldn't wait to get back home and send you a review of our day with Gianluca. What a delight! He arrived on time and was extremely professional and informative. We had a range of ages with us...from my 3 daughters, one in college, and the other two working...to my husband and myself, and my mother-in-law. Gianluca was attentive to each and every member of our group and was able to accommodate all of our requests. We mentioned that our youngest is studying Italian in college and to our delight, he encouraged her to speak Italian the entire day. We toured the beautiful towns of Sorrento and Positano, the Amalfi and Sorrento coasts, and then had a great lunch on the beach in Amalfi. Gianluca was right in avoiding the Pompeii crowds in the morning, but he set up a wonderful tour guide in Pompeii for the afternoon. That gentleman wrote history books and teaches at Oxford, so our time in Pompeii was superb and unforgettable! Before we left Spain I gave your card and information to at least two other families who were going on the same cruise. We are coming back to Italy in the fall, and will most definitely book some tours in Rome and Florence! I consider us fortunate that I came across your website and decided to read the reviews. I would highly recommend your service to anyone who inquires. And I don't want to forget to mention that the van driven by Gianluca was top quality, roomy enough for six, with great air-conditioning...a definite must during the hot days of summer! Reno picked us up at the train station in Naples to take us to Positano, he is knowledgeable and cordial. He also took us back and set us up with Ghiliberto in Rome and Alberto for a wonderful tour of the Vatican. Josaphine, Your limo service was fantastic! We were met at the airport in Rome by Gilberto. He was charming and very accomodative! Five days later he picked us up again and gave us a short tour of Tuscany. Took us to a wonderful winery and then into Florence to our hotel. Gilberto was a wonderful conversationalist and gave us a lot of Italian history. Guido picked us up four days later in Florence and took us to Venice. His knowledge of the country and especially of wine was very educational. Guido also called ahead to get us a water taxi to take us to our hotel in Venice. What a time saver! Dear Josephine, We’ve just returned from our cruise and wanted to contact you to give you some input regarding our tours in Livorno, Civitavecchia, and Naples. In Rome, we were extremely pleased with Carlo. He was absolutely charming, extremely knowledgeable and very accommodating. He gave us valuable insights into what we were seeing. We saw everything we wanted to see and even found the little pasticceria near the Vatican where my husband had rum babas the last time we were in Rome. Our day in Rome was absolutely perfect! In Naples, we met Gianluca. What a delight!!!! We started off the day with humor as he was holding a sign saying “Warlock” instead of “WALWORK.” A warlock is a male witch, so we had lots of laughs over that. We had the best time ever as he maneuvered the narrow streets of the Amalfi coast. He possesses extensive knowledge about the area, has excellent driving skills, his humor was fantastic, and he was very attentive to accommodating my physical needs. The beauty of the area was only enhanced by the fact that we had Gianluca to explain the area to us. We were all extremely pleased with the services you provided us and will definitely tell any of our friends visiting Italy to use your services. What an amazing experience thank you when planning our cruise we where not sure what to expect from a private excursion as we have always booked directly with the cruise ship, but this year we made a wise choice, all four tours where well organized and we had 4 very different drivers yet all well informed and fun to be with, Rome, Naples and Livorno and Cannes, I thank you Josephine personally from all my family for making this part of our vacation trouble free, we will recommend your company to all our family & friends also please have a look at cruise critic I have left a detailed review all the best for the future Randy

We chose Italy Limousine because not only were they competitively priced but they were able to handle all the cities we were traveling to in Italy. Josephine was most helpful in suggesting itineraries, where we would need state guides, and booking. We both stayed in Rome plus had stops on our cruise. Our drivers were always on time and enjoyable to be with. Alessandro in Florence had made us a reservation to see Michelangelo's David which we otherwise could not have seen. Last but not least we cannot say enough for Rino Romano who was with us in Rome and in Naples. He was so much fun we enjoyed every minute with him. We highly recommend Italy Limousine. Dear Josephine. We only had one week for our first trip to Italy, and friends told us we\'d never squeeze in everything we wanted; you helped us prove them all wrong, for with your car service we packed in a lot (Florence, 2 days; Tuscany countryside, 1 day; Rome, 3 days; and Pompeii-Sorrento-Positano, 1 day) and didn\'t feel rushed in the least. Our good experience began with our email correspondence with you and your helpful advice (and patience, as we kept changing our plans). Letting your service handle all transfers and excursions meant that we could use our limited time as efficiently as possible and still be able to relax or just wander and get the feel of two of Italy\'s most wonderful cities. And we especially appreciated the flexibility to modify and even help create our itinerary. Our driver, Carlo, was a gem: patient; kind; very knowledgeable; excellent English; a perfect gentleman. His suggestions (for example, to see Monterigioni in Tuscany; to visit one of the Brunello wineries near Montalcino; to eat at Delfino in Sorrento just to name a few) were wonderful, and he taught and explained so much (such as the contrade in Siena, the Greek and Saracen roots in Positano). Carlo even reserved for us a timed entry at the Accademia in Florence. We know we couldn\'t have done all we did without your service, and suspect we couldn\'t have done it as well with any other service. Just a few lines thanks josephine for arranging Rome city tour and Naples for your Amalfi Coast, Raffy was efficient kind and his English was excellent being ofcourse English you can imagine our surprise we where expecting an italian driver, we found this lovelly chap ofcourse being half italian he had the charm of both countries my daughters loved him he took us to a resturant if i recal the name was something luna near sorrento we had the gulf of naples an capri unforgetable, so Josephine thank you I promise once back home we will post messages on cruise reviews, Stone family lisa Jim, Susan, Kim, Andy (the baby of the group)

Hello Josephine, I wanted to take a minute and let you know how much we enjoyed our trip and how much we appreciate the great care that we received from everyone. Leno (I'm not sure if I am spelling his name correctly) was great. He took a lot of personal interest in helping us find Campobasso and talked with people at the town hall for us and really went out of his way to help my wife with her trip there. He is an excellent professional driver and we felt very comfortable and safe with him. Guido, (again not sure of spelling) was also great. Very professional and very caring. Marie did not feel well on our trip from Laverna to Florence and he was very caring and stopped several times for her which was very nice. Again, we felt very comfortable and felt that our comfort and safety were his first concern. All of the transfers were exceptional and it made the trip a real pleasure. I will post some comments on the other web site later this week but I did want to take time today to thank you for your help and let you know how much the professional comfortable travel made the trip a pleasure. My husband and I booked a return transfer with Italy Limousine from Naples Train Station to our Hotel in Positano in September 2006. In both cases the Drivers (Rino and Michael) were great. Our group, 4 adults, were very impressed with the punctuality and professionalism of the drivers as well as their flexibility. We were on a cruise ship (The Carnival Liberty) and in both locations driver and car were right on time and easy to find. They were dockside at the appointed time. Both trips were comfortable, well driven and with drivers with whom we became very comfortable. Good English and well dressed, generally very nice to spend time with. Dear Josephine, We had a wonderful experience with Italy Limousine on June 25, 2006 and encourage other travelers to use your excellent services. When we arrived in Naples on the Carnival Liberty, your driver, Giuseppe, was waiting for us at the dock. We had hired your service for a tour of Pompeii and then the Amalfi coastline. Giuseppe explained that, because it was Sunday and many residents of Naples would be going to the beach, it was advisable for us to tour the Amalfi coastal towns first and then go to Pompeii. He was SO right, the traffic was starting to get heavy even in early Sunday morning--it would have been a huge mistake to have gone to Pompeii first--we may not have made it to the Amalfi coast if we had gone to Pompeii first. Guiseppe took us beautiful overlooks along the Amalfi coast, several gorgeous villages for shopping and sight-seeing and a fabulous (and reasonably-priced) restaurant in Ravello. The Mercedes mini-van was very comfortable for our family of five (2 adults and 3 teenagers). Guiseppe was very knowledgeable about the area and answered all of our questions. In the afternoon, Guiseppe took us to Pompeii and waited while we toured. After Pompeii, Guiseppe delivered us back to the ship on time. There is no way that we could have seen as much on our own--and the ship excursions were more expensive AND not nearly as interesting!! Our experience on Amalfi Coast and Pompeii was one of the highlights of our vacation. Thank you so much for fabulous service, and a special thank you to Guiseppe. Robert
